Hey guys you better watch out. I'm going to be learning HTML pretty soon also I'm going to take this site to a whole different level. I've order an HTML book to be shipped to my job and they came back and told me they can't find my job address "wow". I wonder what address I've been showing up to for work for the last 5years. My friend David would say invest in a lot of coffee anyone else have any words of wisdom ?
I have another question why is it when you tell people you can make money over the Internet they think its a virus or a scam. You should see their faces when you tell them " you have to give your basic info over the net" lol. Most people have set in there mind that a 9-5 is the way to go I don't get it.
Write about your property or properties and your improvements that you did before seeking a pro. Ways to help homeowners to save a little bit more, also, Sharing before and after pictures of your projects.

Money Makers...
If you are an individual who is trying to make some money off the Internet what would be the first step? List some of your ideas I'm sure others are willing to give it a try due to the economy. Some would say blogging others would say do the eBay, craigslist and amazon. I think the only way to go is Blogging, real estate and create your own website. If you are a thinker think of ways to generate traffic once you have that then you can start to make a different. Remember treat all your guess with respect and be loyal to them as they will return the favor.
What ways do you have that may generate a cash flow ?
WELL WELL... JINGLE BELL

Risk...
Life is all about taking risks, I can still remember the first time I bought my first house. At first your excited and can't wait to tell your family and friends about your big investment. After a month go by and your first bill came in it wasn't so cool any more. Every damn month the bank want there money (mortgage) I think if I had to do it all over again I would buy a three family house just because you would have additional income to help out. Guys what was your first purchase in real estate ?

Procrastination
Who the hell told me to wait until the last minute to do my project? All year I was telling myself I'll I'm going to put a bathroom on the second floor in my colonial house. Now i went to get another estimate and this foolish guy came and told me it's going to cost me more money to finish a bathroom top to bottom. Also, I'm studying for my real estate license and every time I wake up I keep telling myself study for 20min before i go to work. As of today I'm still working on it. It have been about seven month now. How can one eliminate procrastination ?

Black Friday Shoppers...
Beware of some of those deals. They may not be a deal after all please read the article below.
Retail experts say the annual hype and hoopla that surrounds Black Friday also masks some nasty surprises.
The most painful: The crushed hopes of hundreds of midnight shoppers, who camped outside for hours in the cold hoping to score a 40-inch LCD HDTV for under $500, only to later learn that the store had four in stock.
That's one harsh — but all too common — example of a Black Friday reality that shoppers need to know about before they map out their shopping warplan, said Edgar Dworsky, consumer advocate and editor of Consumer World.
But there are many more. Here's a sampling of Black Friday secrets that CNNMoney.com has flagged for deal hunters:
Limited supplies: Read the fine print on the Black Friday circulars.
Most doorbuster deals — especially those on big-ticket items like HDTVs and washer-dryer combos — are in very limited supplies, often only four to six units per store.
So unless you are among the first six on line before stores open on Black Friday for those deals, you're pretty much out of luck.
Retailers use these juicy deals to entice shoppers into their store, that's when the switcheroo happens. Even if you didn't score the bargain you wanted, sellers hope that since you are already there, you'll probably grab some other deals instead.
HDTV deals. Is it the standard model, or a 'derivative?' Some of the holiday electronics with those low sale prices are products with fewer features than a standard model in that product line.
The difference can be subtle and most consumers probably won't even notice, said Dworsky.
Dworsky points out a Samsung 40-inch LCD HDTV for under $500 that has appeared as a doorbuster deal on several retailers' Black Friday circular.
"That model doesn't appear on Samsung's web site. Maybe it was made just for Black Friday," he said. Another red flag, the deal on that TV just lists the deal price and not the regular price of the model.
The lesson for shoppers: Do your own research and check the specifications on those discounted HDTVs.
A Samsung spokesperson was not immediately available to comment for this story.
Avoid bad bling. Jewelry is always a sought-after deal on Black Friday. But experts say consumers should keep some tips in mind before buying their bling this year.
Because of surging gold commodity prices, jewelry manufacturers are paying much more for the precious metal than last year. So one way that jewelers are keeping their own costs, and retail prices down reasonable for consumers, is by selling more gold-plated or gold-filled jewelry.
Many advertised deals on gold jewelry will use phrased such as "gold-filled" or "gold-overlay." This is not the same as solid gold, said Kevin Adkins, a graduate gemologist.
"When you see those terms, know that you're buying silver with a plate of gold coating over it," said Adkins.
If the price is too good to be true on that diamond set, then it probably is. "I saw an online deal for a 1-carat diamond cocktail ring for $431.40. A 1-carat ring sells at least for $1,000," he said.
His advice: Ask about the four C's — cut, clarity, carat and color — before buying diamond jewelry and always check return and refund policies on Black Friday deals.
Which Black Friday deals are online? Many retailers will say that their Black Friday in-store deals are available online but they won't tell you which ones, said Dworsky.
"So do I run out and stand on line all night or gamble on the computer all night?" said Dworsky.
The other annoyance with retailers' Black Friday online deals, he said, is that many sellers don't tell you what time the web deals kick in. "Is it just before midnight, at midnight or at the same time that the stores open?" he said.
Don't assume a "price match" policy. Many retailers who typically follow a price-match policy during the year may drop it for the Black Friday shopping weekend.
Again, carefully read fine print on the Black Friday circulars to see which retailers will match the lowest prices on an identical product and which sellers explicitly say the policy will not be in effect.

$50,000
You borrow $50,000 from a bank to do some update around the house. You updated the kitchen and put a second bathroom in the house. Now you feel good about your accomplishment also you know that money was a loan from the bank. We all know especially me when you finally have the money to pay back it's so hard to pay back. Why do people think this way? I think it's the greed in a human being. What do you guys think ? We always want to be successful but never want to take time and do our homework and take the proper step to make the big bucks.
Family and Friends
Hi everyone-
Just wanted to take a moment and wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Make sure you take a moment out of your busy life and spend the holidays with your friends and families. God knows most of us do long hours at work and forget the most important people in our life. BTW don't wait until the last minute to get that last gift or last iingredients for the special events that's coming up. If your tired of cooking just relax and let someone else bare the weight. lol lol

$$ Few ways to make some $$
Approaching soon is the holidays and holidays means dollars and cents straight out the window. I was surfing the Internet and came across this article by Tory Johnson. Man when I read this article it moves me a little because you can work from home and still make a little bit of cash. If you need money you should consider working from home. The website to visit is http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/TakeControlOfYourLife/story?id=2621388&page=1 Let me know how that work out for you.
Also I want to talk about BLACK FRIDAY it is the day after thanksgiving. In the past I use to get up late and miss all the good deals. This year I'm not missing out; I'm going to do my homework first by boiling down the NEEDS and WANTS. I have a living room that's dying for a coffee table and a flat screen LCD TV with a surround sound. Hopefully this is the year for them.
Check out the living room set what do you think it needs a LCD 50" RIGHT ?.... also what's on your list for for black Friday?

Morgage Companies sucks
Imagine your have a mortgage and the note states you have 30yrs to pay it off. You reach the 29th year and boom you lost your job. Unemployment checks couldn't cover the mortgage so you ask family and friends to help out but they can only do so much. As time move forward you start getting notices in the mail from your lender stating if you don't pay you will be forced out of your home that you paid the last 29th years for. What do you do in a case like that/ You have family memories, history and have one more year to pay off your loan. No one want to help you because in the past they told you not to buy the house in the first place...what should you do?
This is where you viewers come in and help out others that are currently in this case. I would say call the bank directly and say you lost your job and your finances have change. Hopefully they will listen, most do and a majority don't. I have a relative that lost two homes due to not communicating to the lender trust me its not a good sight seeing your own home lock up or chain up. As for me I had to call my lender once and let them know if I'm able to apply for a modification trust me its better than loosing your home. Especially if you already invested 29yrs thus far. Viewers what would you do in a case like this ?

Insurance Companies
In New England we had a strong wind or two few weeks back. I have a pretty long fence that surrounds my house; I knew i didn't have the money to buy a brand new fence. I raised my hand and called the insurance company and these guys act as if I was twisting their arm for the money. They gave me hell just for four thousand dollars. When they take money from our acct they have no problem but when we need them they always huffing and puffing. We need a special name for these guys any great ideas?
