You borrow $50,000 from a bank to do some update around the house. You updated the kitchen and put a second bathroom in the house. Now you feel good about your accomplishment also you know that money was a loan from the bank. We all know especially me when you finally have the money to pay back it's so hard to pay back. Why do people think this way? I think it's the greed in a human being. What do you guys think ? We always want to be successful but never want to take time and do our homework and take the proper step to make the big bucks.
