Hey guys you better watch out. I'm going to be learning HTML pretty soon also I'm going to take this site to a whole different level. I've order an HTML book to be shipped to my job and they came back and told me they can't find my job address "wow". I wonder what address I've been showing up to for work for the last 5years. My friend David would say invest in a lot of coffee anyone else have any words of wisdom ?

I have another question why is it when you tell people you can make money over the Internet they think its a virus or a scam. You should see their faces when you tell them " you have to give your basic info over the net" lol. Most people have set in there mind that a 9-5 is the way to go I don't get it. 

Money Makers...

If you are an individual who is trying to make some money off the Internet what would be the first step? List some of your ideas I'm sure others are willing to give it a try due to the economy. Some would say blogging others would say do the eBay, craigslist and amazon. I think the only way to go is Blogging, real estate and create your own website. If you are a thinker think of ways to generate traffic once you have that then you can start to make a different. Remember treat all your guess with respect and be loyal to them as they will return the favor.                                                                                                        

What ways do you have that may generate a cash flow ?

So how many of you guys putting up lights and decorations? If you are just make sure you have enough money for your electric bill. So far we haven't had any strong snow days yet I'm hoping it stay like this until June or July. I can remember we had a bad snow storm. It took me 10hrs to reach home and my tire was not in the greatest shape also people driving as if they just learn how to drive the day before.

Risk...

Life is all about taking risks, I can still remember the first time I bought my first house. At first your excited and can't wait to tell your family and friends about your big investment. After a month go by and your first bill came in it wasn't so cool any more. Every damn month the bank want there money (mortgage) I think if I had to do it all over again I would buy a three family house just because you would have additional income to help out. Guys what was your first purchase in real estate ?

Procrastination

Who the hell told me to wait until the last minute to do my project? All year I was telling myself I'll I'm going to put a bathroom on the second floor in my colonial house. Now i went to get another estimate and this foolish guy came and told me it's going to cost me more money to finish a bathroom top to bottom. Also, I'm studying for my real estate license and every time I wake up I keep telling myself  study for 20min before i go to work. As of today I'm still working on it. It have been about seven month now. How can one eliminate procrastination ?
